How to request help

Email support@barndai.com with the Paddle transaction ID, purchase email, and a short description. Do not send card details or your activation key.

Review

Requests are reviewed under the terms presented at checkout and applicable law. Paddle may process the refund and will show the final status. A refund may end the associated entitlement and download access.

If a refund is issued, the lifetime terms attached to that purchase no longer apply to the refunded transaction.
