Billing, Trials and Purchases

Barnd AI develops apps and software that may use different billing providers. Depending on the product, version, country, and checkout, an offer may be free, a paid download, limited free use or a trial, a one-time purchase, a consumable product, a permanent unlock, a prepaid plan, or an auto-renewing subscription. Founder, introductory, promotional, and regional pricing may also be available.

Not every billing option is available for every product, customer, country, or version.

Before payment, the relevant product page, app-store listing, or checkout will show the exact product, price, currency, applicable taxes, access period, trial terms, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions. Those product-specific terms apply to that purchase.

Google Play Purchases

For Android apps purchased through Google Play, Google Play processes checkout and payment. Google Play’s payment, privacy, refund, and subscription-management terms apply. Barnd AI does not receive or store full payment-card information from Google Play purchases.

Paddle Purchases

For software purchased through a Paddle checkout, Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, provides receipts, and handles applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and subscription billing under its own buyer terms, refund policy, and privacy notice. Barnd AI does not receive or store full payment-card information from Paddle purchases.

A one-time purchase may be consumable or may unlock a defined benefit permanently. A subscription lasts for the stated billing period and renews only when this is clearly shown before checkout. A free-use period or trial does not create a charge unless the relevant checkout clearly says that it will.

If prices or offers change, the new terms will be shown before a new purchase or charge. Nothing in this disclosure limits rights required by applicable law.
